Imperial County RecorderWorks is the public records index for recorded property documents affecting Brawley names and land. Imperial Court Public Records
Court public records for Brawley belong to Imperial Superior Court. Case-number lookup is public for public cases, while name searches require an online account and payment. The court says a name search returns case numbers and filing dates, and the fee is charged regardless of results. Confidential and sealed cases do not appear.

Brawley Vital Public Records Limits

The county says VitalChek is the only company it authorizes for online birth, death, and marriage certificate ordering. California genealogy rules found in official training material state that birth records become public after 100 years from date of birth and death records after 50 years from date of death.
Brawley Police and Sheriff Records
Brawley Police Department is the city contact for local police records, fingerprints, and property/evidence questions. Imperial County Sheriff Records is the county repository for arrest and booking records, countywide warrants, and restraining orders.
