Data You Provide Directly
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store a separate copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting and security systems record ordinary server-log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to operate the site, diagnose errors, and understand which Brawley records pages visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We use the information described here to keep the site online, respond to messages, measure traffic, and improve page accuracy. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not create individual user profiles from your searches.
Outside Website Links
This site links to government portals, Imperial County and Brawley offices, court services, library resources, and third-party search tools. Those outside sites control their own privacy policies. Information you submit to RecorderWorks, Imperial Superior Court, the California SOS, CDPH, or a sponsored search provider is governed by that site's rules, not ours.
Who May Process Data
Service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support this website may process server logs and automatic data for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose information if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data as a routine practice.
Data Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We keep logs only as long as needed for operations, security, analytics, and legal compliance. Because the site has no user accounts, there is no profile password or private account dashboard stored here.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, use the Contact page and we will delete what we can locate.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held by a website. California privacy law includes the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and the California Privacy Protection Agency maintains data-broker resources including the DROP deletion platform. Because we hold very little, most requests involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Brawley, Imperial County, California agencies, or courts are outside our control; requests to change or remove those records must go to the custodian.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
